Amitabh Bachchan, who is hosting ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 15’, bid an emotional farewell to the quiz-based reality show and said that he has seen a new India with ten seats of the stage. The first episode of season 15 premiered on August 14. Amitabh hosted the show for 14 seasons considering the fact that in 2000, apart from the third season in 2007 when Shah Rukh Khan took over.
This season featured IAS aspirant Avinash Bharti who hails from Haiderganj in Uttar Pradesh. He received an amount of 50 million crowns. The final episode featured Indian para-archer Sheetal Devi and actress Vidya Balan. With the help of veteran actress Sharmila Tagore and her granddaughter Sara Ali Khan, she turned into a following.

In the 100th episode, titled ‘Vidai Ka Samay’, the superstar transformed into a seen delivering a speech. For the final episode, Amitabh donned a pink suit and matched it with a white shirt. In the speech, the ‘Don’ fame actor said, Goodbye Strange indeed, people who say goodbye with a smile do so with a heavy heart. Saying goodbye to someone close makes you sad because their departure brings an emptiness in your heart. The 81-year-old actor shared that he had a desire to sit in the audience seats.

He said, “These seats are taken by the audience and their love. By people who have come here to help absolutely strangers. Prayers are offered here. I have seen a new India on these 10 seats . A glorious and progressive India.
He further said, An India of unbreakable and determination. An India that wrote new destinies with the ink of its hard work. I have seen the future shaped and history being written. he said it feels as if I have seen the entire journey of someone’s life.
Ending his speech he said, “The echoing clapping of the audience not only respects the efforts of every contestant but also motivates me to always keep going “I want to end this season with the same cheering,” said former squadron chief Sushmita Sahay, who turned into a first-rounder on 15. Jaskaran Singh, who wants to become an IAS, became the first one crore winner of season 15.
