Arjun Kapoor said: “I think at this point, as much as I enjoyed being on your show and being honest and genuine about it, I think it’s a part of my life and now I want to accept it. … … I don’t think it’s fair to sit here and talk about the future without her. I think that would be the most respectful thing to do.”

It’s been a while since Arjun Kapoor delivered a hit movie. When Karan Johar asked Arjun how he copes with the setbacks at the box office, Arjun candidly shared insights into his career and films.
Arjun expressed, “I’ve faced a lot of ups and downs in my life, Karan. I’ve talked about many aspects of my life on this couch before.”
“I’m proud to be the first actor in my generation who delivered a 100 crore film – ‘2 States’ with Dharma and Sajid Nadiadwala. I did well in films like ‘Ki & Ka,’ where I played a house husband. I’ve taken on diverse roles and collaborated with many people. Akshay Kumar openly talked about contemplating leaving the profession after facing 11-12 flops,” Arjun shared.
He continued, “Saif’s career took a lift after ‘Dil Chahta Hai.’ If my audience loves and connects with me because of my work, they won’t disconnect if I deliver a good film.”
“Unfortunately, you can’t control the box office. What I can control is the effort and sincerity,” concluded the actor.
